Registration is a request to attend and does not by itself guarantee entry. Admission is confirmed through a personal invitation sent at a later stage, subject to approval by the organizers.

When you register, we collect your name, email address, sector, organization and job title. We use these details to review your request, manage the event and contact you about it.

Sharing with sponsors and exhibitors. We will share your registration details with an event's sponsors and exhibitors only if you have given separate, explicit consent through a dedicated checkbox at registration. Where you give this consent, we share your name, email address, organization and role with the sponsors and exhibitors of that event, so they may contact you directly about their products and services. Each sponsor and exhibitor is then responsible for its own communications with you and for its own privacy obligations.

Giving this consent is optional and is not a condition of registering for the event. If you do not give it, your registration is not affected and your details are not shared with sponsors or exhibitors. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the email below. Withdrawal does not affect sharing that has already taken place.
