Idan Sivan is the Chief Technology Officer at FISCHER (FBC & Co.), one of Israel’s leading law firms, where he leads digital transformation, AI adoption, and information technology initiatives.

With over 20 years of technology experience spanning multiple industries, Idan has become a driving force in bringing innovation into the legal world.

In 2019, he founded LawITForum, Israel's LegalTech community. Now connecting the 30 largest law firms in Israel, the community has become a central hub for collaboration, learning, and the exchange of ideas, shaping the future of legal innovation in Israel.

Building on that foundation, he founded TECH to LEGAL, a platform for research and innovation at the intersection of legal and technology. The two operate as a loop: what the community encounters in daily practice sets the research agenda, and what the research produces returns to the community as applied insight.

Idan is also the founder of the Legal AI International Summit (L.A.I.S) — a global gathering that brings together leading vendors, law firms, and thought leaders to explore the intersection of law, technology, and strategy.
